    Hey Peter!

I came across your Habit Tracker 2022 template in search of a multi-person work/shift schedule (don’t really need time/hours worked tho) that tracks who is ON / OFF each day + what shift they are on if they are working (Shift A, B, or C).

Could this template be used in this way? I’m envisioning changing each Habit to one of each of my teammates names and then being able to check the box if they are working + somehow also select what shift they are working i.e. Shift A.

And then finally have a table view with sums for each days for the week & potentially a calendar / timeline view with everyone on it. For whatever reason I’ve been unable to make something like this work, but it *seems* to make sense to me. IDK…

    Fingers crossed! 🤞

      Hey Brian!

You can modify and extend the template as needed and also integrate it to other databases you have.

Adding new “Shift” columns with a Multi-select property for each one of your teammates can do the trick. With that you can click on the Habit (user) to mark it and then select from their shift column what is the shift they are on.

This can be an easy way to do it, without having to do everything from scratch using different databases and logic for your purpose.

For other databases, tables, views, sums, etc… you will need to create those using relations and rollups to fit your needs.

If you are interested, I can build you a specific system with your needs, just get in touch.

      Hope that helps. 🙂
